In a lawsuit filed yesterday in federal court, the NYC Pride community spokesperson says “We are running out of letters to describe our community. Being limited to 26 letters is obviously discriminatory in nature. We call on the Supreme Court to mandate that the Department of Education add letters to the alphabet.”
“Size matters!” he-she-they elaborated. “Bigger is obviously better, and we demand a longer acronym. No longer will we be held back by the size of the English alphabet that was clearly created by straight white homophobic cis-gender man people!”
“The Chinese have more than 100,000 characters in their language.” he-she-they continued, “We demand that the English language be more like Chinese. They are better at everything they do than we are, and it’s time this country caught up. Until our inevitable victory against the fascism of English, we demand people use the following acronym to describe our community. There will be a pop quiz on Monday to see if you have been appropriately educated, or if you need further instruction. The new Alphabet Mafia has arrived!”

Note from Galt: I did not create the image headlining this post. I actually did a Google search for “LGBT eye chart” and this image came up. I actually wasn’t expecting to find anything useful and figured I would just create one. Finding this was a pleasant surprise, and it already had a wtf at the end of it. Perfect!
The image was designed by Sketchfiles on the Tee Republic website, they sell shirts and mugs with this image on them. I do not know this person (or people) but I love the image. If you do too consider buying a shirt or a mug.
