This explicitly stats that illegal aliens are not entitled to SNAP benefits. And the basis of the lawsuit according to Attorney General Weiser himself is to protect people from deportation.
So then he admits that Colorado is violating the law by providing benefits to illegals? If that is not the case, then nobody should be worried about being deported because no illegals are receiving benefits.
