Typical of liberals. Give us the money and don't ask us where we spend it!

From the USDA.gov website:

SNAP eligibility has never been extended to undocumented non-citizens. Specific requirements for who may be eligible have changed substantially over the years and become more complicated in certain areas. The Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 limits eligibility for SNAP benefits to U.S. citizens and certain lawfully present non-citizens.

This explicitly stats that illegal aliens are not entitled to SNAP benefits. And the basis of the lawsuit according to Attorney General Weiser himself is to protect people from deportation.

One of the concerns, obviously, is that it could be used to aid immigration enforcement that may or may not be operating in fair and appropriate manners,” Weiser said.

So then he admits that Colorado is violating the law by providing benefits to illegals? If that is not the case, then nobody should be worried about being deported because no illegals are receiving benefits.
